New Haven, Connecticut – December 9, 2010 – Woodbridge LLC is pleased to announce its successful completion of the recapitalization of AM Conservation Group, Inc. (AMC), a leading provider of energy efficient and water-saving products and turnkey fulfillment services. AMC, based in Charleston, South Carolina, was recapitalized by Trivest Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm.
In business for 21 years, AMC’s customer base includes utility companies, water purveyors, municipalities and other government agencies, as well as a variety of contractors and resellers. The company’s founder and owner, Paul Cutler, will remain involved with the business.
The AMC transaction is consistent with Trivest’s long-standing investment strategy to partner with well run, founder-owned businesses headquartered in the southeastern U.S.
